Father's Day

For Father's Day Breanna and I wanted to make something special for Travis. We decided on fishing gear since that is one thing that he loves to do. I got the idea from the friends at work to decorate tackle boxes so on Thursday afternoon, I picked Breanna up and we decorated each box!
There are frogs on one, turtles on one, her handprints, and then she drew on one!
I tried to make each gift something the would mean something to him -- and I filled each pocket so when he received the gift it only looked like...
this!

On Sunday we went to see "Beauty and the Beast" at TPAC! I wanted to make sure that his present was extra special since he was going to the play with us!! :) After the play we went to eat, got ice cream, and walked downtown for a little while! It was a lot of fun -- making the gift and giving it to him!

On Saturday night we had a cookout at Mom and Robert's for Father's Day! It was a beautiful evening so we swam before and after dinner!
Bre was very excited that she jumped off the diving bored!

Travis spent some time with Paityn!

It was a wonderful day!

Today was a great day! I went to church and then ate lunch with Travis and Breanna. Travis and I went for a walk to his pond and he went fishing - it was SO hot! Here are some pictures from our goofy photoshoot :)

I think it is going to be a beautiful summer!

The Beginning of Summer

The past couple of weeks have been extremely busy! I guess that is what happens with the summertime! Last weekend Opa and Oma, and Auntie Janice came to visit. It was a very good visit, and it was so nice to have them stay at my house! Travis and Breanna were able to come over on Saturday night to eat! She really likes Courtney!
My grandparents are an inspiration! They are a very fun-loving, wonderful couple!
On Sunday night Jordan and Courtney, Travis, Breanna, and I went to eat at Kabuto! It was a very memorable meal! :)Last night was Jordan's 27th birthday! I remembered that he had asked for an ice cream cake from dairy queen so Breanna and I had gone out earlier in the day and bought him one!! He actually turned 27 but I thought it would be funny to change the numbers to 72!Both Britton and Breanna wanted to help blow out his candles!!
Last night we had 11 people at our Thursday night family dinner!! Britton and Breanna loved playing with each other! It was a wonderful night!!
Breanna loved getting to hold Paityn!

When I got home from work on Thursday morning, I came home to these flowers and a very sweet card from Travis on my front porch! Life has been very busy and I am so very blessed to have him and Breanna in my life!
